This shows you the best way to get an accurate measurement of your feet as it allows for the bend at the catch. 

For a good fit, you can always use the length that is on the tongue of your running shoes and put it into the sizing wizard as this will give us the size of the Bont Rowing shoes we recommend. However, for the best measurement, we do recommend measuring your feet as directed on our site.
