You don't need to be a graphic designer. Sketch it, colour it, add notes, send us logos or reference images - we'll work with your ideas to turn them into a design that can be made.

BR1 or BR2?
Both the BR1 and BR2 can be customized, but their construction gives you slightly different design options.
With the BR1, there is greater freedom to incorporate colour and graphics across the shoe and closure.
On the BR2, the straps cannot be printed. They may be embroidered where the design allows, although additional charges may apply. The green, white and yellow pair shown here is a good example of how embroidery can become part of the design rather than a limitation.
And don't forget the safety strap. It is part of the shoe, so consider its colour and appearance as part of the overall design.
How custom works
1. Get the fit right
Before anything else, make sure you know your Bont size. Custom shoes are made specifically for you and cannot be exchanged because the wrong size was ordered.
2. Get designing
Download the BR1 or BR2 template and start with a blank shoe. Send us your artwork, sketch or ideas.
3. We turn your idea into a production design
We'll work through what is possible, including colours, artwork, logos, embroidery and placement. You'll receive the final design to approve.
4. Approve & pay
Once you're happy with the design, approve it and complete payment. Production begins after both design approval and payment have been received.
5. We make your Bonts
Allow approximately 6–8 weeks for production from final design approval and payment.
6. The hardest part
Waiting to see whether they look even better in real life.
A few things to know before you get carried away
Custom means custom. Each pair is made specifically to the approved design and size, so custom shoes cannot be exchanged or refunded unless we have made an error in manufacturing your order.
That makes sizing particularly important. Please use our sizing guide before confirming your order and contact us if you're unsure.
Colours and artwork may also appear slightly different when translated from a screen or design file onto the materials used to construct the shoe. Our team will let you know if an element of your design needs to be modified for production.
For BR2 designs, printing isn't available on the straps. Embroidery may be possible depending on the artwork and can carry an additional cost.
