Best rowing shoes on the market

Posted by Jason Osborne on 1st Oct 2020

As a member of the German national rowing team, I have some high expectations on any rowing shoes. The PBR-2 are by far the best rowing shoes I have ever rowed in. You can feel that there is a concept behind this shoe. The two part carbon sole, makes the shoe stiff, but not too stiff as you need a bit of flexibility in the shoe. The shoe also holds your foot in place very well, which I really like. Other rowing shoes are just too soft and therefore let your feet move around too much, which leads into a loss of power.
